“The amenities were really cool but I wasn’t aware the resort would be playing music until about 9:30 pm every night. The front desk staff wasn’t kind, but the rest of the staff on site were very sweet. The bedding seemed clean, but the carpet will make your feet dirty and the bathrooms needed the walls cleaned. The best part had to be how close you are to the beach. The Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible. The remote to the TV didn’t work, but the buttons on the TV itself did at least.”

“Dated. Lamp not working. Grill on balcony missing piece so someone next door can just literally go through. Can see trash on roof next to the corner room. Pillows had stains. Don’t believe them when they give you a room “based on availability”. Not true. They found a room after i asked to change it (which i was grateful for). So the first front desk person gave me the wrong info. Loved the 24/7 cafe and location. 3 front desk employees need customer service training. All this for over $900 for 2...
