Unfortunately, Hotels.com we had trouble understanding the agent we spoke with and communication was really difficult. After an hour plus with help of Cathy, desk clerk at Hotel Bethany Beach we finally were able to get date changed on reservation. The kindness of all the staff to make your stay is superb. “This hotel was perfect for a weekend away. The location was perfect, with private parking and direct access to the beach. They even have beach chairs to use, which was a pleasant surprise. All of the staff were kind and attentive. The room was spacious and very clean. The only downside was there is not a ton insulation in the floors and walls.
